Le projet se divise en deux Tranches. La première comprend 91 logements et la seconde 77. Les travaux de la première tranche sont en cours alors que l'agence vient de terminer la phase PC de la tranche 2.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Le projet est une réhabilitation de l'aile Est du château d'Avrainville. Ancien logement inoccupé, le projet modifiera les volumes intérieurs pour y intégrer un espace culturel au rez de chaussée et dans les combles.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Le rez de chaussée recevra la partie d'accueil, les accès à l'étage et une partie dédiée au personnel. Le plancher de l'étage où se déroule l'ensemble des activités sera découpé pour créer une double hauteur dans l'espace d'accueil.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Le projet met aux normes le bâtiment au point de vue thermique et accessibilité.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">L’Aménagement du Pré-aux-Chevaux situé sur la commune de Forges-les-Bains, s’inscrit dans la continuité des zones urbanisées au sud du centre-Bourg.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Ce nouvel aménagement conforme au PLU est voué à favoriser le développement d’un habitat diversifié sur la commune.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">L’aménagement d’une superficie d’environ 4,9ha est actuellement composé de prés anciennement utilisés comme pâture pour les chevaux et implantés de part et d’autre d’un chemin rural.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">La Foncière de la Vallée de Chevreuse fait une demande de Permis d’Aménager, en ayant la maîtrise foncière sur l’ensemble des terrains.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">La conception de cette opération marque la volonté de préserver l’environnement et de privilégier un site de qualité tout en favorisant un développement équilibré de l’habitat. La diversité des typologies et ses formes urbaines pour l’accueil de constructions permet d’intégrer maisons groupées, lots libres, maisons bois et logements intermédiaires.</span><br />

Les logements sont regroupés en 4 bâtiments R+1 orientés est/ouest et qui occupent la parcelle dans sa longueur.<br />

Chaque logement possède des pièces de vie donnant sur le sud et bénéficie d’un espace extérieur privatif. Les appartements en rez-de-chaussée donnent directement sur leur jardin tandis que ceux en étage bénéficient d’un jardin potager en partie sud de la parcelle.<br />

Le plissement des toitures permet de révéler leur végétalisation depuis les espaces extérieurs et anime la volumétrie des bâtiments.<br />
